R A Smart expands with specialist Large Format Division

R A Smart expands their product range and expertise with the new appointment of a partner, Adam Booth who will lead their Large Format Division. This new partnership will allow the business to reach new customers in various areas of the industry.

R A Smart (CAD & Machinery) was originally established almost 40 years ago, as a bespoke
manufacturer and supplier of specialist short run textile printing equipment and auxiliary equipment, supplying commercial printers, design studios and educational establishments all over the world, as well as throughout the UK.

R A Smart have been at the forefront of digital textile technology since the early pioneering days of the late 1990’s and are experts in the supply and support of dedicated textile digital print solutions. Partnering with the leading machine manufacturers the company has a large and varied customer base throughout the UK. Covering a vast array of applications including fashion, furnishing, sportswear, household textiles and soft signage they advise and guide their customers through the various machine solutions, ink chemistries and processes required for any textile application.


R A Smart have expanded their product range and expertise with the appointment of a new partner, Adam Booth, who will be heading up their Large Format Solutions division. This new partnership will allow them to reach new customers in different areas of the industry, whilst maintaining the support and expert knowledge they are renowned for. It also means they can expand their product range to include new printer solutions as well as accompaniments such as Summa Cutters, ONYX RIP software and more.
