Zünd G3 XL-3200 cutting system improves and accelerates BG Reklam’s production processes

BG Reklam discusses the benefits of the Zünd G3 XL-3200 cutting system and how it has influenced their production processes.

BG Reklam GmbH is widely known as the go-to provider for high quality, permanent POP/POS products. Originally founded in 2001, the company is located in Belgrade, Serbia and currently has over 170 employees and subsidiaries in both Vienna and London. BG Reklam believes that flexibility is a fundamental part of the company’s success. By handling its value chain in house, they can respond to demands in the shortest amount of time. In order to expand the company’s production capacity, BG Reklam have added a high performance, state-of-the-art Zünd G3 XL-3200 cutting system. The configuration includes the powerful RM-L 3.6kW router module combined with the fully automated router bit changer ARC. Luka Stanic, BG Reklam’s CEO states "by investing in cutting and routing technology from Zünd, it enabled us to fully optimize and accelerate our production processes. Simultaneously, we also saw substantial increases in quality”. In the past several years BK Reklam has grown considerably and has gained access to new markets. Luka Stanic continues to explain that “we work for several famous brands all over Europe and elsewhere. Now, our production facility extends over 3000 m2 and employs state-of-the-art production technologies which now includes a Zünd G3 cutter."

Quality Without Compromise

BG Reklam refuses to compromise when it comes to both quality and reliability. In addition, the new cutter has provided a degree of flexibility that is essential in today’s production environment. Stanic states that BK Reklam “need reliable industrial production systems that are capable of performing 24/7. The G3 cutter offers us precisely that sort of security and we are able to cut several different materials. During our evaluation at Zünd’s headquarters in Altstätten we really pushed the G3 cutting system by experimenting with different speeds, a wide variety of diverse materials, different thicknesses and the new RM-L router module. The biggest advantages of the G3 include the large 2.27 x 3.2 m (89 x 126 in) working area, continuous production in tandem mode as well as the ability to route additional materials at quicker processing speeds with the high-performance 3.6 kW routing module RM-L. In the end, the Zünd met all our production requirements and even in terms of cut quality, we entered a new realm.”
