swissQprint remodels its management team

Kilian Hintermann has taken on the role of CEO at swissQprint as of 1st January 2021. Reto Eicher will move to the position of CTO. The company is confident as it begins the new year and heads into the future.
Reto Eicher, currently CEO at swissQprint, is passing the baton to Kilian Hintermann with effect from 1 January 2021. swissQprint has been developing and producing high-quality UV inkjet printers since 2007. As a key player from day one, Kilian Hintermann has made a major contribution to the company's development. In his previous positions as product manager and head of the recently established Print Solutions Centre, he acquired his knowledge of the products from the bottom up – and he also has an all-round understanding of the market. With a strong and experienced team behind him, Kilian Hintermann is looking forward to his new mission: "We intend to continue driving innovation in the digital printing sector, and we aim to provide the market with solutions that are both practical and competitive."
In his new position as CTO, Reto Eicher will focus his efforts directly on product development. Alongside Hansjörg Untersander and Roland Fetting, he is one of the company's three founders: all of them are still members of the management team and continue to be actively involved in operations. They all agree: "swissQprint is going places."
This Swiss company has an almost 170-strong workforce spread around the world, including 110 employees at its headquarters where the development and production facilities are also located. Sales and service for swissQprint's high-calibre flatbed and roll to roll printers are handled by five subsidiaries and around thirty independent partners across the globe.
