Pixartprinting demonstrates how their service can assist graphic arts professionals to ‘always say yes’ to their clients.

Pixartprinting is a web-to-print company that has a manufacturing department with printing solutions. Pixartprinting initially introduced itself as a potential new partner to European printing companies and print service providers. Whilst exhibiting at FESPA 2018 Pixartprinting’s slogan was “we put our technology at your service”. At their stand visitors could touch and feel some of their products. Marketing and Sales Director, Federico Gonzalez said: “we currently have over 100 of the latest generation industrial machines and have a large department that is dedicated to large-format printing. We offer these assets to other printers and professionals in this sector. We constanlty guarantee excellent quality, fast turnaround times, competitive prices and added-value service.”

To highlight their services Pixartprinting chose the Global Print Expo 2018 present its new sample packs for large-format printing. The Rigid Media Sample Pack and the Label, Self-Adhesive Media and Banners and Textile Sample Packs which will replace the current Roll To Roll Sample pack beginning September 2018.

Federico continues: “Our marketing team has been working for months on the latest release of the sample packs which offers customers more detailed and concise information. The sample packs are important tools for our users as the combining samples are printed on a wide range of materials across a range of technologies. The response from our customers has been positive and because of this we have launched a promotion. If customers buy a small pack they also receive a voucher of the same value to use on the products and materials it contains.” Over 500 sample packs were distributed to customers and new leads at FESPA 2018. Recipients appreciated their value and attention to details, which makes them a useful tool for their everyday work. They are also a source of inspiration for discovering new materials, applications and technologies.

Head of Communications, Patrizia Baggio commented: “The success of the initiative at the event has reiterated our mission to provide exceptional service and to afford new business and development opportunities to printing professionals by working with a trusted partner like Pixartprinting.”

Gonzalez continued: "We decided to exhibit at FESPA 2018 so that we could meet our clients in person and to present the multiple benefits of the Pixartprinting formula to those who are not yet our partners. Our aim, which we undoubtedly achieved, was to demonstrate how our service can assist graphic arts professionals to 'always say yes' to their clients. Doing so increases their profit margins, helps them manage peaks in demand and to grow their catalogue. We are extremely pleased with this experience, which permitted us to continue the constant dialogue with our customers on a personal level. We received feedback, thanks and many new ideas that will help us as we continue to develop our service".
