ESKO Kongsberg X24 Starter is the ideal Christmas present for Pelican Print

Pelican Print has used their new Kongsberg X24 for this year’s Christmas campaign, which involved creating a calendar and festive box.

Pelican Print offers in-house pre-press, litho, digital and large format printing from their two sites that are based in Aylesbury. The company has recently purchased an ESKO Kongsberg X24 starter from CMYUK.

Pelican Print’s Managing Director, Scott Brookes says: “We needed to offer something new to the company. The X24 will give us that competitive edge, the price point was ideal and since it is modular we can grow the machine with our business. CMYUK have been supportive every step of the way, from sales to exceptional on-site training. We are excited to started new projects in 2019.”

Pelican Print have produced a unique Christmas box in-house for all their customers. A selection of items showcases some of their new capabilities in a very festive approach.

CMYUK’s Senior Digital Sales Consultant, Sarah Winterbottom comments: “It has been a pleasure working with and supplying Pelican Print again. We supported them into the world of digital 10 years ago. At the time, they were one of the more forward-thinking litho printers. They became an early adopter and it is fantastic to see them going from strength to strength.”

The Kongsberg X24 starter has a working area of 1680mm x 3200mm and features the MultiCUT tool head. It provides milling productivity, camera system and 2 open modules where various different tool inserts can be fitted. This allows for a quick turn around on a very wide range of materials.
