AB Screenprint continues to save and grow with Nazdar Inks from QPS

Nazdar Inks from QPS deliver high quality output, ink fastness and adhesion for AB Screenprint.

AB Screenprint offers a wide range of promotional and display materials to various businesses and individuals. The company is based in Liverpool and was originally founded by Kevin Baker and Glenn Andre in 1996. AB Screenprint have been a loyal customer of Quality Print Services (QPS) using Nazdar inks for over 10 years and have continued to be pleased with the products and services they provide.

AB Screenprint’s co-founder Kevin Bakers says "we provide our customers with high quality solutions to a wide variety of applications. We have a range of printers that allows us to deliver just about anything asked of us and the quality of what we produce ensures we maintain a very high level of repeat business."

Inside the production room there contains a Uniform Grenadier SP-1900, an Agfa Grand Sherpa, a Mimaki JV3-160 and a Roland VersaExpress RF-640. Kevin continues to say “for more than 10 years, our printers have used Nazdar inks. Due to our extensive portfolio of large format printers this allows us to meet all customer requirements. The Nazdar inks cause minimal damage on the printer heads, nozzle and other components. We receive outstanding maintenance and support from QPS and also huge cost savings, due to all of the above we have a very successful and reliable wide format printing offering.”

Due to AB Screenprint’s business growth, it was fundamental that they expanded their printer range therefore they purchased the Mimaki JV3-160 printer and then the Agfa and the Roland. Kevin adds "as each new machine was introduced, we instantly installed them with ink systems from QPS. The inks are so gentle on the printers that they are crucial in guaranteeing that they remain in the best condition possible. They also deliver astonishingly high-quality output, ink fastness and adhesion. Our customers have come to expect the high levels of detail and colour accuracy we can produce for them.”

Nazdar 1300 inks offer long-term performance with resistance to UV degradation and colour fading. They provide continuous colour density values and excellent adhesion and flexibility on vinyls. The Roland VersaExpress printer was converted to run on Nazdar's 202 Series inks which are a high-quality alternative to Roland Eco Max 2 original inks. The 'plug and play' 202 Series is colour matched and chemically compatible with Roland Eco Max 2 inks.

QPS’s Managing Director, Chris Bailey says, "the success of our business is built on the long-standing relationships we maintain with our customers who have made huge investments in printing technology. We are committed to ensuring they maximise the longevity and value of these machines. We do this by providing inks that perform at an optimal level in machines and help guarantee their on-going performance. We deliver responsive, professional and expert maintenance and support that helps to guarantee the longevity of our customers' printers."

AB Screenprint's Kevin Baker concludes: "QPS has been absolutely superb over the 10 years we have worked with them. If necessary they are more than happy to come out to us at 10pm and nothing seems to be too much for them. QPS offer reliable maintenance services and technical support; quite simply, we wouldn't go anywhere else."
