Christophe joined the Board in 2014 and was elected Vice President in 2017. As of 2021 he is no the President. He also serves as President of FESPA France, the national association serving the French digital and wide format printing community. Over the past year Christophe has attended many meetings on behalf of FESPA and hosts the Southern European Congress. Christophe is a founding director of ATC (Autorise Toute Creativité), which he established with his business partner in 1991. The company now employs 70 people and provides a range of interior and outdoor signage, graphics, display and POS services to corporate and agency clients.
Neil held a variety of senior exhibition roles prior to joining FESPA in 2011, culminating as executive director at William Reed where he presided over a three-fold growth in event revenues from his division.
Since joining FESPA as Managing Director, the organisation has gone from strength to strength, experiencing remarkable growth. Neil has been instrumental in the launch of four new regional FESPA shows across the globe. In 2013 alone, more than 60000 printers visited a FESPA exhibition somewhere in the world. Neil was promoted to the position of CEO in 2013.
Neil gained sales experience in a series of media roles following his graduation from Thames Valley University, where he gained a degree in Modern European Studies. Neil also speaks fluent German.
Neil comments: “As the only organisation on the AEO Board that represents trade associations worldwide, FESPA anticipates that my involvement with the Board will enable our organisation to work with a variety of different people and exhibition organisers in countries where FESPA has no presence currently.”
Graeme is an enthusiastic print specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the screen and wide format digital printing industries, with knowledge acquired through hands-on design, production, sales, and operations management.
Graeme has a comprehensive understanding of printing processes, leading the goal of creating outstanding print that stimulates brand engagement through practical innovation.
As FESPA’s Head of Associations and Technical Lead he presents on technical topics at conferences and seminars. Graeme also provides in-house expertise to support the Print Make Wear, Printeriors and the new Colour L*A*B* features at FESPA’s exhibitions.
Graeme has been recently inducted as a Member of the ASDPT, the US based Academy of Screen and Digital print technologies following his nomination by Michel Caza.

Susan started her exhibition and events organising career at DMG World Media working on a variety of trade exhibitions, Fire, Tobacco, Metal, Glass and Coatings. Susan joined FESPA in October 2006 and worked on FESPA’s flag ship exhibition in Berlin 2007. As Head of Operations, she effectively manages the operations of FESPA’s global exhibitions and related events.
The team were very proud to win the AEO Award for Best Overseas Show for FESPA Mexico 2017. Following the terrible earthquake in Mexico on 19 September 2017, FESPA postponed the 10th edition of the exhibition during its build-up and rescheduled successfully just two months later.
Candice joined FESPA in 2008, prior joining she worked for a Swedish medical technology company in the finance department. Candice reports to the Head of Finance and is responsible but not limited to processing local and international payments and accounting procedures including assisting with year-end. Candice is level 3 AAT qualified and will soon complete her level 4.
In her spare time Candice enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Duncan’s knowledge of, and passion for, the community that FESPA serves made it an easy decision to return in 2022 to lead the Marketing and Events team after almost three years delivering world-class events for the HR community.
With more than 20 years’ experience in B2B communications and events, Duncan’s experience as a senior journalist and latterly event director of all event formats in several sectors – from public safety, FMCG and food and drink - prepared him well to play a key role in FESPA’s growth with a focus on meaningful content and connections for the global print community delivered through our awards programme,conferences, and feature events at our global exhibitions from 2010-2019.
Duncan enjoys golfing, paddleboarding and other outdoor pursuits with friends and his two teenage daughters.
Marta has over 10 years’ experience working in the marketing and communications sector and has worked on logistics for internal events and conferences across many UK and International offices. Externally, Marta was involved in the organisation of big international festivals, sports competitions and managed exhibition stands.
Marta speaks Bulgarian, English and is fluent in Bulgarian and International sign language.
Marta joined FESPA as Operations Executive in 2019 and manages the show floor plans, exhibitor manual, build-up and break down queries. She is also responsible for the organization and the management of special projects related to the exhibition; social events, theatres, workshops and features.
Marta loves travelling and learning about different cultures. In her spare time, she likes to explore and raise awareness about emotional intelligence, mindfulness and the benefits of behavioural psychology.
Emma has over 20 years’ experience in Finance and is a qualified Chartered accountant, having started her career in audit. Since moving into industry, Emma has held a variety of finance manager roles in very diverse sectors (ranging from a Private Equity owned Veterinary Group to a national Charity).
At FESPA, Emma is responsible for preparing the management accounts, assisting the Head of Finance and supporting the rest of the Finance team. Emma works 3 days a week.
Emma has two children and outside of work, most of her time is spent ferrying them to, or watching them play, football.
Katherine trabajó para Vauxhall de 1993 a 2004 y Peugeot de 2004 a 2007 como administradora de ventas antes de mudarse a Reigate y unirse a FESPA como asistente ejecutiva del director ejecutivo de FESPA.

Olav joined the FESPA board in September 2015 and as of 2021 is the Vice President. As a board member of Barra AS (which focuses on industrial labelling and graphics), and Past President of FESPA Norway Association, Olav Skilbred has acquired significant experience in the graphics industry. Norway was one of the FESPA founders, and the Association celebrated its 50 year anniversary back in 2012.
