Neil Felton

CEO

eil Felton joined FESPA as Managing Director in 2011. Since then, the organisation has gone from strength to strength, experiencing remarkable growth. Neil has been instrumental in launching five new regional FESPA shows and four new sector specific events across the globe. He also expanded the international community, offering new FESPA Direct membership options in addition to the 37 associations, which are supported by FESPA’s Profit for Purpose programme. Neil was promoted to the position of CEO in 2013.

Hamish MacIntyre

Management Accounts Assistant

Hamish Macintyre has over 5 years of Finance experience and has a Degree in Accounting and Finance. Hamish joined FESPA in 2024 living only 2 minutes away from FESPA head office. Having previously worked for Fullers the Brewery in Chiswick London as an Accounts Assistant where he also was introduced to Management Accounts.

Gill Potter

Management Accounts Assistant

During her early career, Gill worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth office in a variety of roles both in Whitehall and overseas in Pakistan and Cameroon. She then moved to the education sector working as a Finance Assistant and School Business Manager. Having developed a passion for finance she has recently joined FESPA within the finance team where she plans to develop her skills further and study for an accountancy qualification.

Marta Dimitrova

Operations Manager

Marta has over 10 years’ experience working in the marketing and communications sector and has worked on logistics for internal events and conferences across many UK and International offices.  Externally, Marta was involved in the organisation of big international festivals, sports competitions and managed exhibition stands.

Rosa Banales

Administrative Assistant

Rosa has a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communication from UNAM with a Diploma in Forensic Art and is qualified to teach courses to adolescents. She has over 5 years of experience in Administrative and Logistics coordination of corporate and social events. She joined the FESPA team in 2023 and since then, in addition to supporting the administrative area, always enjoys having fun with the team.

Marketing Executive FPL

Alondra is a Textile Engineer graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute and has a technical career in Diagnosis and Environmental Improvement. She has 3 years of experience in customer service and has worked in sales for 2 years.

Berenice Gallegos

Administrative Manager Mexico

Berenice joined the FESPA Mexico team in 2011, during this time she developed different activities across administration and Marketing. She is an integral part in the development of events in Mexico such as FESPA Mexico and Print Mexico Congress. Berenice is currently the Social Media Manager for FESPA’s Spanish social media channels.

Graduated in Commercial Relations from National Polytechnic Institute, with a diploma in Digital Marketing and a Organizing Events and Exhibitions Certification. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and event organization, her focus is on managing and optimizing events for FESPA. She has collaborated in the creation of key SEO and content marketing strategies on social networks, which allows to enhance FESPA visibility and engagement.Her role has been fundamental in innovating the company’s positioning strategies, ensuring its success in today’s mexican dynamic market.
