Saima works within FESPA as a Corporate & HR Executive. Prior to joining FESPA she has over 20 years’ experience within the Financial Services held through various roles and sectors. Her passion for learning has led her to various roles including providing independant Advice, Sales, People Management, Coaching and Administration.

Lily Ward

Senior Associations Executive

With over 8 years of experience in customer relations and a background in operations, Lily brings a wealth of expertise to her role at FESPA. Currently pursuing a degree in environmental studies, she is eager to integrate her academic knowledge into FESPA’s sustainability initiatives. As our Senior Associations Executive, Lily is responsible for the day-to-day communication and coordination with our 37 national Associations. She provides ongoing support to these Associations, playing a key role in strengthening and expanding our network.

Jessica Arruda

Associations Manager

Jessica is originally from Brazil where she gained most of her professional experience. She has worked in varied industry backgrounds from technology to travel and tourism partially focused on customer experience and satisfaction. Jessica joined FESPA Associations team in 2016, and enjoys working with FESPA’s 37 Associations to help them to become more sustainable and increase their membership base.

Katherine Parkhouse

Executive Assistant to CEO

Katherine has worked for Vauxhall from 1993-2004 and Peugeot from 2004-2007 as a Sales Administrator before moving to Reigate and joining FESPA as the Executive Assistant to FESPA’s CEO. Katherine worked in the Sales department for a year before FESPA’s CEO asked her to be his P.A. She has been assisting senior management and the board ever since across a wide and varied range of projects.

Susan Hamer

Head of Operations

Susan started her exhibition and events organising career at DMG World Media working on a variety of trade exhibitions, Fire, Tobacco, Metal, Glass and Coatings.  Susan joined FESPA in October 2006 and worked on FESPA’s flag ship exhibition in Berlin 2007.  As Head of Operations, she effectively manages the operations of FESPA’s global exhibitions and related events.

Duncan’s knowledge of, and passion for, the community that FESPA serves made it an easy decision to return in 2022 to lead the Marketing and Events team after almost three years delivering world-class events for the HR community.

Graeme is an enthusiastic print specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the screen and wide format digital printing industries, with knowledge acquired through hands-on design, production, sales, and operations management.

James has over 20 years’ experience in Sales having worked in advertising, sales and exhibitions prior to joining FESPA in 2005. James works across the global portfolio of exhibitions that are delivered by FESPA, particularly focusing on the European and Asian Markets.

Michael Ryan

Head of Global Business Development and Global Print Expo

Following periods spent both studying and working in Germany and Spain, Michael graduated University with an honours degree in languages and quickly established a successful career specialising in sales and marketing for leading exhibition venues across the world.

Alberto Masserdotti

Board Member

Born in 1977, Alberto graduated in Philosophy and Literature from Università Cattolica of Brescia and began his professional journey at just 16 as IT Manager at Gruppo Masserdotti, a pioneering visual communication company with a strong focus on the retail sector. Working closely with founder Andrea Masserdotti, he progressed from Marketing Director to Commercial Director, deepening his understanding of the business while championing technological innovation and market expansion. In 2003, he developed Palinsesto, a proprietary software for remote content management, which led to the creation of the Digital Signage division. In 2011, he founded Domino Sistemi Srl, partnering with Samsung to provide bespoke multimedia hardware and end-to-end communication solutions. This was followed in 2014 by the launch of DominoDisplay.com, the first online shop in Italy dedicated to visual communication technologies. Today, Alberto serves as Sole Director of Gruppo Masserdotti Spa and its subsidiaries, with a pre-Covid group turnover of approximately €11 million. Since 2006, he has also been President of FESPA Italia, representing Italy’s specialist printing industry across sectors including serigraphy, pad printing, and digital printing.

György Kovács

Board Member

President of FESPA from 2010 to 2013 Gyorgy joined the FESPA Board in 1996, following the foundation of the Hungarian Screen Printers Association in 1992, of which he is President. He represents the countries of Eastern Europe and is active on the FESPA Projects Committee. Since 2000, he has been general director of sign making machine manufacturer Vasco Hungary kft and in 2013 was given the “For the Hungarian Printers” award by the Federation of Hungarian Printers and Paper Makers for his work across the industry.

Nicole Spencer

Board Member

Nicole began her career in property and recruitment before joining RMC Digital Print in its early stages in 2011, initially to manage client accounts. She quickly became involved in the operational side of the business and, in 2020, led a management buyout, becoming part-owner and Managing Director. RMC Digital Print is a trade-only wide-format printer specialising in signage, exhibition, and set and display graphics, with a strong focus on pushing the boundaries of print technology. After attending a FESPA event early in her print career, Nicole recognised the value of being part of a community-focused print association. She has served on the UK board for nearly five years and has been UK President for four, driven by her passion for the industry and a commitment to bringing new talent into print and highlighting the benefits of FESPA membership.
