Sean joined FESPA in 2013 in the position of General Secretary. In September 2017 Sean was promoted to the position of Executive Director and now has joint responsibility alongside the CEO for the management and leadership of FESPA. As Executive Director, Sean has corporate responsibility for HR, Finance IT and Facilities and works closely with the FESPA President, Board and CEO to set the strategic direction and policies for the organization. Sean also coordinates FESPA’s support for its 37 National Associations, including the organisation of educational, knowledge-sharing and networking initiatives funded through the Profit for Purpose programme.
Prior to joining FESPA Sean has over 17 years’ experience in the not-for-profit/public sector. His most recent post prior to joining FESPA was as CEO of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA). Sean was responsible for establishing the newly created Institute and for setting the strategic direction of the organisation, engaging with multiple stakeholders and partners and over 5,000 members. He directed and developed CIMSPA’s service offering, which comprises of education, training, professional development, events, conferences and other member services.
Sean previously spent 13-years with Sport England, during which time he worked in various roles culminating as Director for London and the Olympics, with responsibility for planning towards the London 2012 Games.
When not working you will find Sean either playing or watching sport, in the gym or with his wife and four children.
Emma joined FESPA in 2012 to help shape the ‘Profit for Purpose’ programme, by working closely with our national Associations all over the world.
Emma has over 25 years of experience of liaising with associations and delegations from a variety of cultures and languages and has worked in Brussels for 20 years. While English is her mother tongue, Emma regularly gives presentations to audiences in English, French, Spanish and German.
Emma loves to travel and her latest hobby is playing table tennis.
Graeme is an enthusiastic print specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the screen and wide format digital printing industries, with knowledge acquired through hands-on design, production, sales, and operations management.
Graeme has a comprehensive understanding of printing processes, leading the goal of creating outstanding print that stimulates brand engagement through practical innovation.
As FESPA’s Technical Support Manager he presents on technical topics at conferences and seminars. Graeme also provides in-house expertise to support the Print Make Wear, Printeriors and the new Colour L*A*B* features at FESPA’s exhibitions.
With a regular blog on FESPA.com, an obsession with Colour Management, he still manages to continue printing fine art reproductions at Eye 4 Colour which he has done for the last 15 years.
Graeme has been recently inducted as a Member of the ASDPT, the US based Academy of Screen and Digital print technologies following his nomination by Michel Caza.
Katherine has worked for Vauxhall from 1993-2004 and Peugeot from 2004-2007 as a Sales Administrator before moving to Reigate and joining FESPA as the Executive Assistant to FESPA’s CEO.
Katherine worked in the Sales department for a year before FESPA’s CEO asked her to be his P.A. She has been assisting senior management and the board ever since across a wide and varied range of projects.
Katherine’s proudest achievements include running a 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner for 719 pax in London in June 2013 and hosting the first ever overseas General Assembly for 69 pax in Bangkok in September 2014.
Jessica is originally from Brazil where she gained most of her professional experience. She has worked in varied industry backgrounds from technology to travel and tourism partially focused on customer experience and satisfaction.
Jessica joined FESPA Associations team in 2016, and enjoys working with FESPA’s 37 Associations to help them to become more sustainable and increase their membership base.
In her spare time Jessica likes to spend time with her family and friends, travelling and cooking.
