FESPA UK
FESPA UK brings together the talents of Graphics, Signage and Specialist printers across the UK. The association is built by members from across the UK who have many years’ experience in the industry.
The FESPA UK Next Generation Project was created to address the critical need for succession planning in the print, graphics and signage industry. As the industry evolves, it is essential to engage and empower the next generation of professionals to ensure long-term sustainability.
At this year’s Sign Show and Print Show, FESPA UK was proud to exhibit not only to support the broader FESPA community, but also to champion our initiative, Next Generation. Both events gave the opportunity to showcase innovation, sustainability, and the incredible energy of the next generation coming into print and signage.
For Next Generation, FESPA UK hosted two interactive training sessions in collaboration with members and industry partners.
These tailored sessions provide learning and practical insights, to help build essential skills for career growth and industry success. They included engaging activities with CVI Group, Q&As and live interviews with HP and many more, creating valuable conversations and hands on learning opportunities.
FESPA UK also took to the Knowledge Zone stage for a dedicated session where members of the new 2025 Next Generation committee shared their experiences as young professionals in the industry. With the fantastic support of Sarah Lees from Compass Business Finance, the session highlighted the continued growth of the initiative and the collective vision to drive it further across the sector.
Alongside this, FESPA UK proudly supported the FESPA UK Waste Accreditation program. Suzi and Jon shared a stand with Chris from CVI Group, alongside valued partners such as All Print Supplies, who are one of the key champions. Together, they promoted the accreditation, educated attendees on sustainability topics and demonstrated how businesses can benefit from being part of the programme.
