Visit FESPA Global Print Expo 2026
Europe’s leading exhibition for screen, digital and wide format printing, textile printing, and signage. FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 returns to Barcelona!
Ahead of FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, we spoke to Duncan Ferguson, Vice President Commercial & Industrial Printing, Epson Europe, to hear his advice for visitors attending FESPA 2026.
Anticipation is building fast for FESPA Global Print Expo and its co-located events (European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, Textile and Corrugated), as preparations conclude. This year, the Gran Via, Fira de Barcelona will once again transform into a hub of innovation, creativity and opportunity, drawing in visitors from across the global print and signage industries.
But, how can you make sure you’re getting the absolute most out of your visit?
My first piece of advice: On the Epson stand you see our latest innovations in professional graphics and production, as well as have the chance to explore practical ways to enhance and streamline your own workflows.

My second tip is just as important: Come prepared with questions. Bring your ideas, challenges, and even those “I’m not sure how to make this happen” ambitions. Events like FESPA Global Print Expo are the perfect opportunity to uncover solutions and get expert insights.
When attending a major industry exhibition, it’s important to be clear about your own objectives. Ask yourself simple questions like: What do I want to gain? What do I want to achieve and how can I do it? Who in the market can offer suitable solutions?
By having that clarity, it’s much easier to identify the correct potential across the FESPA exhibition halls. With so many technologies and applications on display, approaching the event with a clear sense of direction can help visitors make more informed decisions and maximise the value of their time at the show.

Epson will showcase solutions across digital textile production, signage, personalisation, microproduction, UV printing, aqueous printing, photography and DTFilm, among others.
After considering those initial questions, it’s a good idea to review the available information, such as the FESPA website, to get a better sense of what’s on offer.
Taking the time to research the exhibition in advance can help visitors approach the event with a clearer understanding of the technologies, exhibitors and opportunities available. With so much happening across the show floor, a little preparation can make the experience far more productive and focused.
From there, visitors can identify the most relevant exhibitors and activities and plan their own route throughout the event. It’s worth prioritising the solutions you’re actively looking for first, while also allowing time to explore new applications and discover unexpected opportunities along the way.
Exhibitions are ultimately about people connecting with people. There is real value in face-to-face conversations, seeing technology in real time and experiencing it first-hand in a live environment.

Attendees should come prepared to discuss their ideas, share their thoughts, and gather advice and suggestions from industry experts and exhibitors. Bringing your own designs can also be incredibly valuable, allowing you to test them across different technologies and materials to better understand the possibilities available.
There is simply no substitute for seeing how solutions perform in real-life production environments. Keep an open mind – and all your senses engaged – and you could discover new opportunities, fresh knowledge, and innovative ways of working and producing.
On behalf of myself and the Epson team, we look forward to welcoming visitors to FESPA 2026 and showcasing the latest innovations across the Epson portfolio!
