FESPA reveals the FESPA Awards shortlist

FESPA has announced the shortlisted entries for its FESPA Awards 2018. The entries, which are displayed online now, will be showcased at FESPA Global Print Expo 2018, which takes place from 15 to 18 May 2018 in Berlin, Germany.

Hundreds of entries have been received and a shortlist of 68 selected, spanning 14 categories. All the shortlisted entries can be viewed here: www.fespaawards.com/2018-shortlist

FESPA Awards Judge and Head of Technical Support at FESPA, Graeme Richardson-Locke comments: “This year’s award entries were, as always, wide ranging and innovative. From industrial graphics to textiles and stadium branding, the judging remains challenging as it spans an ever widening array of print technologies. Some categories were particularly full and kept us up until 2am deliberating on the results.”

The winners of the FESPA Awards 2018 will be announced at the FESPA Gala Dinner, which will take place during FESPA Global Print Expo 2018 on Wednesday 16 May at the Classic Remise Berlin. The Gala Dinner provides PSPs and sign-makers the chance to network with peers from around the world and to celebrate the FESPA Awards winners.

Tickets for the Gala Dinner are available now at an early bird rate until Friday 6 April and can be purchased as single tickets, multiple tickets or in tables. Members of FESPA’s national Associations will receive a 20% discount on tickets. To book your place at the FESPA Gala Dinner 2018 visit www.fespaawards.com.

Duncan MacOwan, Head of Events at FESPA comments: “The aim of the FESPA Awards is to showcase excellence and inspire print service providers (PSPs) and sign-makers. Inspiration is also one of our key motives for FESPA 2018 to highlight to visitors how they can expand their business beyond their existing offering. To bring this to life at FESPA Global Print Expo, we will be locating all FESPA Awards entries in the atrium of Berlin Messe, so all visitors to FESPA and European Sign Expo will be able to see the creative potential of print. Visitors can then talk to exhibitors on the show floor about how to transform their ideas into reality.”
