3M chooses Amari Plastics as UK distributor
3M has appointed Amari Plastics as a UK distributor of its commercial graphic and architectural film range, the first time in over 20 years that 3M has appointed a new distributor in the UK in this sector.
Amari, which also offers a portfolio of market leading brands such as Dibond, Forex, Acrycast, Green Cast, Setacryl and Hydrojet, has previously supplied 3M’s double-sided tapes and adhesives, but this is the first time in over 20 years that 3M has appointed a new UK distributor in the graphic and architectural sectors, a move that further strengthens the successful partnership between the two companies.
Five new 3M product ranges are now available from Amari Plastics and its specialist businesses, Amari Digital Supplies (ADS) and Graphic Printing Technologies (GPT). These include the Scotchcal and Controltac graphic film ranges, the innovative Envision print wrap range of non-PVC films and the range of DI-NOC Architectural Finishes.
“We’re really proud to be one of 3M’s UK distributors and look forward to supplying these great products, which further complement our ranges of cast acrylic, aluminium composite and foam PVC sheets, thus enabling our customers to purchase the full range of materials they need from one supplier," commented Amari Plastics director of Supplier Relations Jamie Manifold.
“Soon we’ll be taking these great new products to our customers across the country with local stock availability at up to 16 locations nationwide, with same day/next day delivery when required. A range of products such as Cast Acrylics, Aluminium Composites and Foam PVC are also readily available at the same time, so the customer can get the full range of products for each job from one supplier,” Manfold concluded.
