Chris has over 10 years of experience in web-to-print and personalisation, having led global marketing at Infigo and played a key role in advancing automation and AI-driven customisation. He showcased a live, automated workflow in partnership with HP, Enfocus, and Kongsberg at the inaugural Personalisation Experience in 2023, was a featured speaker in Amsterdam 2024, and helped pioneer the first fully automated AI and personalisation experience for HP at Drupa 2024.

As co-founder of the AI community ChatGCC and a featured speaker at FESPA ME 2024, Chris is at the forefront of AI and digital personalisation. Now, as CEO of Digital Ink, a marketing agency and AI development house, he continues to push the boundaries of digital transformation and automation.
