The comprehensive program of side events will bring together the best in graphic design innovation with activities that connect trends, training, and creativity in action.

From September 25 to 27, the Banamex Center in Mexico City will host FESPA Mexico 2025, the most important event for the printing and graphic arts industry in Latin America. With a history spanning more than 15 years, FESPA Mexico has established itself as the essential meeting place for industry professionals, and free pre-registration is available through August 31.

In addition to its extensive exhibition area featuring the latest in printing, materials, and technological solutions, FESPA Mexico 2025 will offer a series of side events that have become one of the event’s major attractions. Highlights include Print Make Wear, Personalization Experience, Trends & Print Sessions, and the highly anticipated World Wrap Masters Mexico competition.

“At FESPA Mexico 2025, we aim to go beyond the exhibition itself by offering immersive experiences and training opportunities that allow attendees to learn about the latest trends and apply them directly to their businesses,” said Arturo Morales, Global Business Development & Regional Manager for FESPA Americas.

Print, Make, Wear & Personalization Experience

One of the most popular attractions is back in a larger format: Print Make Wear, which this year will feature approximately 120 m² of interactive and immersive exhibits. Attendees will be able to witness some of the stages of the creative and production process in real time.

From design to printing and the creation of a one-of-a-kind garment—all produced entirely on-site in collaboration with industry-leading companies—as part of a hands-on FESPA workshop that will be revamped in 2025 to provide you with enhanced content that will also add value to your professional resume. Discover this year’s schedule options, topics, and costs.

At the same time, for the third time in Mexico, Personalisation Experience will be featured—an initiative showcasing the latest technologies in personalized printing solutions. Here, visitors will be able to discover how personalization is becoming a competitive advantage for sectors such as packaging and interior design, as well as connect with specialized suppliers offering tools to better meet customer demands.

Trends & Print Sessions

FESPA’s commitment to training and professional development is reflected in the Trends & Print Sessions conference program, which will be held September 26–28 at the Banamex Center. This series of talks will bring together a distinguished group of professionals who will share their expertise in presentations tailored to the attendees.

In an industry that is constantly evolving, these conferences offer a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the trends, emerging technologies, and best practices that are shaping the future of the graphic arts industry in Mexico and Latin America.

We’ll soon be announcing all the available sessions, their speakers, and how you can register for them.

World Wrap Masters Mexico

For vinyl and signage enthusiasts, FESPA Mexico 2025 will once again host the World Wrap Masters Mexico, the championship that brings together the country’s best installers to showcase their speed, technique, and creativity in the art of vehicle wrapping.

In addition, throughout the three-day event, there will be live demonstrations of the wide range of materials and solutions available for this sector, including vinyls in various colors, textures, and applications. With this event, FESPA reaffirms its position as the leading trade show and the preferred choice among signage experts in Mexico.

“Our commitment is to provide professionals in the graphic arts industry not only with access to cutting-edge technology, but also with the opportunity to see it in action, learn from experts, and discover how to implement it effectively,” Morales added.

At the same time, ExpoProducción will feature a comprehensive conference program throughout the three days of the event, where experts from the textile and manufacturing sectors will share insights, trends, and best practices to optimize processes and foster business innovation.

FESPA Mexico 2025 will take place September 25–27 at the Banamex Center in Mexico City. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore live demonstrations, participate in interactive sessions, and get an up-close look at the latest trends in digital printing, screen printing, textile printing, 3D printing, and much more.
