New dates confirmed for FESPA Mexico 2017
FESPA confirms postponed FESPA Mexico show will take place 16-18 November at Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City.
Following the earthquake in Mexico on 19 September, FESPA postponed the 10th edition of its Mexico event, scheduled 21-23 September, as a mark of respect to the victims and their families.
FESPA has now confirmed that the regional show will open its doors again Thursday 16 to Saturday 18 November at the Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City, Mexico.
“Following discussions with the venue, I am very pleased that we have found new dates to reschedule FESPA Mexico 2017,” commented FESPA Group Exhibition Manager, Michael Ryan. “The new dates have been communicated to all our exhibitors and the response has been very positive.”
“As an essential event for our industry, and as Mexico looks ahead to an election year in 2018, companies can strategically plan their investments at the show.”
This year marks the 10th anniversary of FESPA Mexico since its launch in 2007. As the largest dedicated specialised print show in Mexico and Central America, visitors will have the opportunity to discover under one roof the latest products and technology across wide format digital print, textile print, signage and printed interior decoration.
Ryan concluded: “Before postponing the September show, I was able to see the array of printing machinery and solutions that were going to be exhibited, it will be great to see the majority of those exhibitors returning in November to demonstrate those products and I am looking forward to the Mexican printing community reuniting once more at FESPA Mexico.”
The new dates also coincide with the Mexican Black Friday - El Buen Fin - so we anticipate exhibitors will have special discounts and deals available for FESPA Mexico visitors to take advantage of during the exhibition.
