Every company supplying goods to any EU country needs to be aware that they will now be subject to the EU Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation. To assist members, FESPA have developed the REACH Decision Tree where visitors to fespa.com can ascertain what action they need to take to ensure compliance with this regulation.
