The 5020 2 colour Thieme press prints 2 colours in one pass, running at up to 1400 sheets per hour, in perfect register, on material from 100 micron to 5mm. The feeder can be preloaded whilst the machine is running and on difficult material the HTB feeder can be simply rolled back within minutes for hand feeding. Both the Theime scan UV dryer and the Natgraph UV dryer, with chiller unit, have state of the art energy saving technology. Fine register adjustment can be made at the touch of a button on the hi-tech control panel which also controls several other features including the squeegee and flood coater. The vacuum is zonal and can be adjusted without having to use masking.
