Nigel joined FESPA in January 1993, as Assistant General Secretary. He was promoted to General Secretary in 2000. Nigel is married with two grown up daughters and six grandchildren. His hobbies are gardening, most sport and he is a keen tennis player.

Frazer Chesterman is a youthful and energetic 46 year old, who is married with 3 children – all boys. He joined FESPA as a commercially driven senior professional with wide ranging experience of running exhibitions, conferences and magazines in a variety of business to business sectors. He spent 8 years working at Reed Elsevier on various magazines and then joined Brintex, the UK’s largest privately owned exhibition organiser. At Brintex, he was a board level director with responsibility for six medium sized events covering various different marketplaces.

Katherine began her career in the Motor Industry in 1994 and, following a move to the area, joined FESPA and the Screen Printing Industry in 2007, initially as Sales Administrator/Credit Controller and subsequently has moved into the role of PA to the CEO and MD. She is confident that the skills gained in a fast-paced retail sector will prove a strength in the dynamic world of exhibitions and magazines. When she is not at work for FESPA, Katherine enjoys travel, going to the theatre and exploring Surrey's pubs and restaurants.
