The digital market will meet at FESPA digital, which will be held in Geneva on April 1-3, 2008. These three days will be particularly notable for large format digital printing.

Spühl AG, located in Switzerland, will present its new large format UV digital printer-a printer that is unrivaled in the market-the Virtu RS 25/48. The Virtu RS 25/48 is a combination roll, flatbed, and hybrid printer all in one! It was equipped with a brand new plate advance system and now prints multiple user-defined plates consecutively and without delay.

The Virtu RS 25/48 creates 65 plates (or 55 m2) in photo quality (700 dpi, 2 pass-mode, 6 colors) per hour, and this is only on average speed. In 4C-mode, it is even possible to create up to 97 plates. Therefore, this is the perfect solution for any range of formats, for cost-effective short runs, and for all conceivable marketing applications.
Options for rolled and rigid substrates are vast. Spühl's Virtu RS 25/48 prints on nearly anything, up to a width of 2.50 m. For those whose needs are greater, Spühl also offers the Virtu RS 35/48, a digital printing machine with multiple functions and a print width of 3.50 m.
