Before joining BMW AG, Steven Althaus was Chairman and CEO of Publicis Germany and Austria. From 2002 and 2010 he held various positions at Allianz SE in Munich, including Head of Global Brand Management and Strategic Partnerships. Before joining Allianz SE, Steven Althaus was Managing Director at Springer & Jacoby in London and Hamburg. Steven Althaus completed his doctoral studies at University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) after graduating in business administration. He was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

 
Chris Jones

chrisjonesv2Chris Jones works at the Cambridge based Novalia Printed Electronics, and brings over twenty-five years practical print and ink industry experience. He has held senior positions within leading ink companies in the UK, Central Europe & South America and has previously managed global packaging technical projects for a number of international blue chip brandowners.

 

He has been involved with the development of printable electronic circuits since 2000 and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Plastic Electronics Leadership Group, which is tasked with refining and implementing the UK government strategy for printed electronics.

He was named again this year in the Print Week Power 100 but has worked in the industry for 12 years buying print starting at The Independent Newspaper and then at various other companies before arriving at BskyB to head up their Print Management team. He has worked across multiple print disciplines from commercial print through DM and POS and is keenly interested in the fast paced developments of variable digital print. The largest and most exciting project, he still believes in, was helping to bring print in-house to BskyB and making it the success it has become. For Mark If ever there was a time that the print industry proved how versatile, flexible and professional it can be it was on that project which makes him proud to be part of the industry.
