FESPA's Strategic Vision Statement Print E-mail
FESPA intends to be the leading global Screen & Digital imaging brand and connected community. We will achieve this by delivering world class, value added, inspirational, innovative, unique and high quality events and solutions, to enable effective re-investment of knowledge and resources. We aim to do this in a financially & environmentally responsible, supportive and efficient manner.

Global : a definition
FESPA defines global to mean the following: To be active and successful in the key regions of the world that add value to our existing portfolio, membership and community. FESPA defines these as: Europe, India, Asia-Pacific and the Americas

Goals
i) To extend FESPA’s membership globally (adopting our operating model of running leading exhibitions and reinvesting knowledge and resources) based on a re-defined membership criteria applicable to all full and associate members of the federation this supports FESPA’s aim to become the main meeting point for the global community through all channels, e.g. events, summits, website, translation of materials.

ii) To hold a leading FESPA exhibition in key regions this supports FESPA becoming the main meeting point for the global community (& relationships with strategic partners), through all channels, e.g. events, summits, website, translation of materials.

iii) Establish FESPA as the leading forum for the promotion of technical innovation and environmental information. This is essential to the future prosperity of the FESPA community is to access technical expertise, innovation, know how and trends.

iv) To establish FESPA as the leading organisation for supporting projects in associations worldwide.

This strategic vision is reviewed by the Board and Secretariat on an annual basis
