Nigel joined FESPA in January 1993, as Assistant General Secretary. He was promoted to General Secretary in 2000. Nigel is married with two grown up daughters and six grandchildren. His hobbies are gardening, tennis, watching his favourite team (Chelsea FC) and playing many other sports.

Neil is FESPA's Managing Director, Exhibitions & Events. He held a variety of senior exhibition roles prior to joining FESPA, culminating as executive director at William Reed. His past portfolio of B2B events included the UK's largest food industry event, and his management focus is on building excellent event teams. Neil is a board director of the AEO (Association of Event Organisers), an influential organisation in the international event industry. He graduated in Modern European Studies and speaks fluent German.

Katherine began her career in the Motor Industry in 1994 and, following a move to the area, joined FESPA and the Screen Printing Industry in 2007, initially as Sales Administrator/Credit Controller and subsequently has moved into the role of PA to the CEO and MD.
