James began his career selling advertising space in a variety of trade magazines. He first started working in exhibitions 5 years ago, as International Sales Manager of the Air Cargo show in Munich and Shanghai. James loves the events industry, he enjoys the challenge and being a very sociable person he loves the people contact.

James' second love is sport. A keen golfer, with an impressive handicap of 8, he enjoys participating in golf competitions across the UK. The 19th hole is also one of his favourite haunts!

After graduating with a BA(Hons) in Languages for Business, Mike spent five years as Project Manager with Overseas Trade Show Agencies, specialists in International Trade Exhibitions. In the summer of 2003, Mike was one of the first to join the newly formed FESPA organising team. As an experienced and travelled Sales Manager, he has had the opportunity to learn at first hand the world of screen and digital printing, and prides himself on knowing his squeegee from his stencils.

Why does he like exhibitions?..."I've been very lucky in my role at FESPA to travel the world and when you spend all your time building relationships with people from across the globe, nothing beats that feeling of meeting them all and them doing well at your event." Away from FESPA, a multitude of sports, languages, travelling, music, handbags and cuisine keep him occupied.

After nearly fourteen years working as a flight attendant and Instructor for airlines such as Virgin Atlantic and Air New Zealand, Sara moved into sales. Having had nearly ten years experience within sales and Business Development, she entered the world of events working across various industries from business-to-business through to retail.

Sara studied at Vienna University and is currently 'refreshing' her German in order to work with the large amount of German clients that Fespa are in touch with. Sara has found a real passion for the industry and thrives on meeting her clients and building upon lasting relationships.

In her spare time, Sara enjoys noting more than travelling, eating out with friends and family and of course, shopping. She can also be found 'occasionally' in the onsite swimming pool where she lives as well as on the tennis courts.

Simon started his working career in Sales Admin before swiftly moving into the field of Credit Control. Since 2004 he has worked for 2 major finance companies dealing with credit control/debt recoveries before combining the two in his role with FESPA.  Simon has been working for FESPA since 2009.

His pastimes include football (Simon is a fanatical Crystal Palace FC supporter), Formula One, visits to the gym and DIY.

Graduated Gemmologist by the GIA, William began his career in the jewellery trade, where he covered great part of the Globe visiting fairs and trading centres, developing many contacts.

With a degree in Marketing & Communications at IED Comunicazione in Rome, he joined the events sector in 2010 working for Witaly, specialised in events and publishing for the high-end Gastronomy and Hospitality industry, guided by the renown Gastronomist Luigi Cremona.

Brazilian, fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian and intermediate in French, William joined FESPA sales team in order to apply his knowledge and linguistic skills.
Away from FESPA he enjoys travelling, visiting friends and a nice London Pub.
