Board Member
Ricardo Rodriguez Delgado (DOB: 1941) is the Iberian representative on the board of FESPA. He joined the Board in 1995 and served as President of the organisation from 2002 to 2005, culminating in the phenomenally successful FESPA 2005 exhibition in Munich. He was also a founder of AEDES, the Spanish Association of Screen Printers.
Ricardo began his career in graphic arts in 1983 as president of Panorama, which has since extended its business to other countries including Portugal (Imprime Serigráfica) and France (Sérigraphie Lanograph). Two of Ricardo’s eight children are also involved in the management of the company.
His earlier career spanned 25 years in marketing and publicity, including roles as advisor and executive director of R. Medio Co (London) and R. Media Group (Zurich), part of Grupo Red de Publicidad Exterior, and as manager of publicity for RTVE. During the 70’s Ricardo was responsible for commercialising the two public channels of Television Espanola, as well as Teleradio magazine. This followed several years working in South America, in commercial and financial positions.
Ricardo’s spare time is committed to educational and employment initiatives, especially for the deaf, and to cheering on Real Madrid football team, as well as playing golf and travelling for pleasure.
