Philippe Six, 42 year old, is a graduate in marketing and management, he works at Fedustria (previously named Febeltex) for the last 8 years.
Fedustria represents the textile, woodworking and furniture industry’s companies. In Belgium, these sectors account for 45,600 jobs in 2,285 companies and generate a turnover of 11.2 billion €. The role of the federation is triple: lobbying and defence of the sector, promotion and services to the companies members. As economic advisor for the French speaking members (Walloon and Brussels regions), Philippe is the link between the companies and Fedustria, providing help and advices in the field of economic development, exportation and innovation. Philippe is also involved in some European (“Interreg”) projects and is one of the imitators of the project “Visualtex”.
