Susan started her marketing career at Rentokil where her organisational skills were quickly recognised and she became involved in organising Rentokil's involvement in exhibitions and conferences. In 1998 she joined dmg world media as an Event Co-ordinator, eventually becoming Operations Manager, responsible for the organisation of overseas and UK trade exhibitions across a wide variety of industries. Susan joined the FESPA team in 2006, during the run-up to FESPA 2007 in Berlin and was promoted to Head of Operations in 2008.

Away from FESPA, Susan enjoys exploring the world where she can pursue her interests in photography, experiencing new cultures, wining and dining. Susan's an avid reader and finds relaxation in music and socialising with her friends.
