My good friend Artem from Midiprint in Russia suggests that there are several options to approach the effect you need. Prepare design files using filters, brushes and other Photoshop plug-ins to age the image. Using special inks which specially crack after washing or stretching. You can use both above mentioned options to get a nice effect you are talking about.
