Joel TaylorJoel Taylor
Founder, PSI Printing

Having started PSI back in 2006, Joel quickly became aware that in order to be an industry leader he must first be a pioneer. Henceforth, stepping away from what could be called traditional methods, Joel turned to the Internet.
He proceeded in taking his business to new heights after learning how he could effectively and efficiently utilise the Internet for business purposes. This single change allowed him to transfer his home-grown business from a back shed operation, to an Australian industry leader. Joel’s integration of customer service, marketing and the Internet - no longer seeing these as individual aspects of his business - allowed him to amalgamate the processes of each in order to create the most successful business model possible. This move allowed PSI to systematically grow and nurture relationships with their customer base, ultimately contributing to industry leading, year on year sales growth.
Joel himself is a highly motivated individual with a passion for sharing knowledge that he has obtained. He sees it as important to share his experiences and accomplishments with other small businesses, providing them with the opportunity to drive and grow their operations through proficient utilisation of new technologies. This generosity stems from Joel’s passion for marketing and ethical, honest business. He believes in growing relationships beyond the point of sale, something that has served him well in his own business environment.
When not running PSI Screen Printing, you can find Joel hanging out with his two kids on the Gold Coast or in his vegetable garden, sustainably growing other aspects of his life.
