Adelco Screen Process Ltd, UK have introduced two new products for screen printers.

The new Adelco Ink Processor offers a new dimension in value for those mixing ink bases with pigments or blending colours for matches. The high torque motor has variable speed and direction to ensure a complete mix of viscous inks. Features of the processor are:
AC frequency conversion speed control, 220 volt, single phase, 50/60 Hz,
0.2 ampsSpeed control range 0-80 rpm
Switchable rotation direction
Mixing container range : 5 – 22 litres
Easy-change mixing blade
Self-centering clamping feature
The processor is competitively priced and all features are included as standard

Press Supply Carts from Adelco allow each print job to be delivered direct to press. Up to 12 screens can be loaded on to each cart and screen size taken can be adjusted up to 63 x 91cm. Shelves are teflon powder coated and wheels can be locked for stability. Three colours are available: red, blue and yellow.
Also incorporated are wipe-clean stainless steel drip tray for inks and squeegees. Carts are delivered flat packed for self-assembly.
