GCC has introduced the SmartACT, a patented function which powerfully elevates productivity, reduces ramping process and unnecessary travel.
 The patented SmartACT is a power control technology, available for all LaserPro Spirit series – Spirit, Spirit GE and Spirit GX, as a standard built-in feature. SmartACT allows laser to fire steadily and travels fast during the ramping process, enabling the working object to receive consistent levels of laser power output. With this innovative function, users will significantly save job running time and powerfully boost productivity.
To showcase the benefits of SmartACT, the GCC R&D team experimented on LaserPro Spirit GX, and the result reveals that the combination of a Spirit GX with SmartACT reaches higher productivity, which is a 23% increase of SIPH (Square Inches Printed Per Hour), more than a Spirit GX without SmartACT.
